PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SPONSOR

Attending a Tres Dias weekend begins with a desire to grow deeper in your current relationship with Christ. In order to attend a weekend, you must be sponsored by an individual who has previously attended a three-day weekend experience (Tres Dias, Walk to Emmaus, Cursillo, etc). Prayerful consideration by both you and your sponsor is an important first step in discerning God's will for your attendance.

It is no longer a requirement for the husband to attend before the wife.

If you feel led to attend, you or your sponsor will need to submit the Candidate Application (see "Candidate Applications" links below); your sponsor will then be sent a link to the Sponsor Confirmation Form. The Weekend Fee deposit of $60 is due at the time of application. It is up to the sponsor and candidate to determine who will be paying the deposit and balance. Once we receive both forms and the $60 deposit, we will add you to our weekend list and join you in praying for you and your personal weekend. In the event that the weekend candidate roster has already been filled, you will be notified that you have been added to our waiting list.

Before starting a candidate application, please have the following information about the candidate available for entry:

E-Mail Address; Cell Phone #; Home Address; Birth Date; Emergency Contact (w/cell #, and NOT the sponsor); medical notes (pregnancy); Church; special needs (physical and diet, including food allergies); T-shirt size; smoke or vape; bottom bunk required and reason, Are they ordained?

Please enter the Sponsor's name as the "Registration Contact", not the candidate's name.

Fees: Candidate Fees of $160 cover all food and lodging for a Tres Dias weekend. A $60 deposit is required to hold a candidate's place on the weekend roster, and the full balance is due by the Friday prior to your Tres Dias weekend.

Once you have been contacted by the Rector and accepted a position on the Weekend Team, the Rector will assign you to a position on the team in Planning Center. PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AS A TEAM MEMBER BY THE RECTOR FIRST! You will then receive a "Welcome" email with instructions on how to install and use the Church Center app on your phone or desktop. It is VITAL that you then register in the  Church Center phone app (See Team Registration links below).  If you do NOT register, you cannot be assigned to a Team Table Community and you cannot be assigned to a dorm at the camp, so it is CRUCIAL that you complete the Team Registration BEFORE the first Team Meeting. During the Registration process you will also have an opportunity to painlessly pay your Weekend Fee online. However, it is not necessary to pay your weekend fee at the time of registration. You may skip the payment section, and pay later online or at a team meeting.
